How do I take care of my candles?

Proper candle care is the key to a clean, long-lasting burn. We recommend using the Rizai’s Signature Candle Care Kit to enhance your experience and keep your candles in perfect condition.

How do I get the best burn on my candles?

First Burn Matters: allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to prevent tunneling.

Burn in Intervals: do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
